Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-4)  will be processed the following business day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time:

• Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
• Customized or Pre-order Items: 5–10 business days (subject to availability and design)

We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information where applicable.
